We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Appointment Cancellations

Notice Period

  • 48 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit or pre-payment
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% of deposit may be retained
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit may be forfeited
  • No-show: Deposit will be forfeited

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment:

Please provide your name, appointment date/time, and booking reference.

Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking
  • Deposit amounts vary by treatment
  • Deposits are deducted from your final treatment cost
  • Deposits are refundable with adequate notice (see above)

Refunds

Treatment Refunds

  • Refunds for completed treatments are not available
  • If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us to discuss
  • We may offer follow-up appointments or adjustments where appropriate

Package Refunds

  • Unused treatments within a package may be refundable, minus any administered treatments at full price
  • Packages have an expiry date; unused treatments after this date are not refundable
  • Package transfers to other individuals are not permitted

When Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • We will confirm refund processing via email

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment:

  • We will do our best to accommodate you
  • If there is insufficient time to complete your treatment safely, we may need to reschedule
  • Late arrivals may be treated as a cancellation depending on the circumstances

Illness or Emergency

We understand that illness and emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness or emergency:

  • Please notify us as soon as possible
  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling
  • Medical notes may be requested for illness cancellations within 24 hours

Cancellations by Epiere Skin

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this occurs:

  • We will provide as much notice as possible
  • You will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments
  • We will offer alternative appointment times where available

Cooling-Off Period

For certain services booked online or by phone, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. However, by booking and attending a consultation or treatment within this period, you acknowledge that the service has been provided and waive this right.
